My early years in telecommunications shaped how I lead: structured, calm, and focused on real outcomes. Working in government environments added to this with complex stakeholder management, policy and governance-focused delivery, and knowing when to push and when to pause.

What I’ve learned? It’s not just about having the right methodology or toolset. It’s about clarity, being calm under pressure, and knowing how to move a project forward if the wheels start to wobble.
